We ask that any changes or cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This is to enable other clients to use the time allocated, and you will then avoid a cancellation fee.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment fee will be applied if cancelled less than 24 hours without rescheduling.
