You don’t need to arrive feeling ready. You don’t need to push through. You don’t need to hold it all together. This is your space to pause, soften, and return to yourself.

This is a breathwork based somatic practice, and you may experience emotional release, physical sensations, or shifts in awareness, and you are always supported to move at your own pace and pause at any time.
A short health intake form will be provided prior to the session.
