Fortnightly Meditation: A Space to Slow Down, Reconnect & Come Home to Yourself

$15.00

Somewhere beneath the responsibilities, the thinking, the organising and constantly being there for everyone else... you are still there.

You may be getting through your days, getting everything done and continuing to show up for the people who rely on you.

But when was the last time you stopped and simply gave yourself some space?

You might notice:

• Your mind rarely seems to switch off
• You're constantly thinking about what's next
• You find it difficult to slow down and truly rest
• Your body feels like it's always "on"
• You spend so much time caring for everyone else that you put yourself last
• You simply crave some quiet time to breathe and be

You don't need another thing to achieve.

You need permission to pause.

These fortnightly meditation sessions are a gentle invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow your pace and create an hour that is just for you.

What You'll Experience

During this 1-hour guided meditation experience, you'll be supported to:

• Relax your body and release physical tension
• Quiet the mental noise and create space in your mind
• Slow down from the constant pace of everyday life
• Support your body to settle and relax
• Reconnect with yourself and how you're feeling
• Create a deeper sense of calm and stillness

Everything is gently guided.

You don't need to know how to meditate.

You don't need to clear your mind.

And there is no right or wrong way to do it.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, you are welcome here.

Why People Attend

Many women spend so much of their lives being the one who remembers, organises, supports, cares and keeps everything moving.

Eventually, you can become so used to being "on" that slowing down can feel almost impossible.

You may be here because you:

• Feel mentally overloaded or constantly busy
• Struggle to switch off, even when you have time to rest
• Feel tired from always being the one who holds everything together
• Have been putting your own needs at the bottom of the list
• Feel disconnected from yourself amongst all the demands of life
• Simply want an hour where you don't have to do anything for anyone else

This is your time to put everything else down.

What You May Experience Afterwards

• Feeling calmer and more grounded
• A quieter, less cluttered mind
• A greater sense of relaxation
• Feeling more present and connected to yourself
• A sense of having stepped away from the busyness of everyday life
• Feeling refreshed and ready to return to your life

Every person's experience will be different.

There is nothing you need to force or achieve. Simply allow yourself to be present and receive whatever this time brings for you.

More Than Just Meditation

These sessions are also an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a welcoming community space.

There is no pressure to talk, share or participate beyond the meditation itself.

You can simply arrive, settle in, breathe, be still and spend an hour taking care of you.
