From Survival to Soulful Rising - My Story
I didn’t always feel powerful.
There was a time in my life when I was so far removed from myself, I could barely recognise the woman in the mirror.
For years, I lived in the shadow of domestic violence, quietly holding it all together, raising my children, putting on a brave face, surviving, but behind that mask was a woman silently unravelling, yearning for more than just survival, I was craving depth, meaning, healing, and most of all, myself.
When I finally walked away, it wasn’t just from a toxic relationship, I walked away from the version of me that thought she had to stay small to be safe, that decision cracked me open, and it was in the pieces that I found my truth.
My healing didn’t happen overnight. It came breath by breath, ritual by ritual, as I slowly rebuilt a connection to the woman I had buried beneath obligation, fear, and silence. Along the way, I discovered the transformational power of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, energy healing, and breathwork, these modalities didn’t just shift my mindset; they helped me come home to myself.
Now I help other women do the same.
I’m not here to give you a checklist, or tell you who you should be, I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you already are. You deserve a space where your pain is honored, your voice is heard, and your soul is safe to rise. You deserve to feel lit up from the inside out, to trust yourself deeply, set boundaries boldly, and live from a place of joy, self worth, and unapologetic truth.
If you’ve been holding it all together, silently craving more, if you feel the quiet ache to return home to yourself, not the version molded by survival, or who society tells you are supposed to be, but the version rooted in soul, softness, and truth. If you’re ready to rise, and be supported with deep, soul led support, then this is your invitation.
I’ve walked this path, and now, I stand as a lighthouse for women, a steady light in the dark, a reminder that no matter how lost you feel, you can always come home to yourself.
This is your time, and you don’t have to do it alone.
