She Returns is a 2 hour intimate, trauma informed breathwork and embodied reconnection session held in a small group of women.
You will be guided through practices that support regulation of the nervous system, release of stored tension, and a deeper connection to your body and present moment awareness.
This is a contained, supportive environment designed to help you slow down safely and reconnect with yourself.
• Trauma informed breathwork to support nervous system regulation and release stored tension
• Guided meditation to quiet mental activity and encourage presence
• Sound healing using 7 sound bowls to support deep relaxation
• Optional Reiki energy support for grounding and balance
• A calm, supportive space with no pressure or expectation
• Time to arrive early and settle into the space
• Optional sharing, oracle card reflection, and closing circle
• Post event Messenger group for continued connection
• Follow up check ins to support integration
• Fruit platter and grounding playlist for post session support
As your breath slows and your body begins to settle, you may notice:
