You may be functioning on the outside, yet internally there is: mental overactivity, physical tension, emotional fatigue, difficulty fully resting, even when you stop.

This experience is designed to support a clear shift out of that state and into regulation, calm, and grounded presence.

What This Experience Is

This is a guided breathwork, sound healing, and embodiment session designed to support:

- nervous system regulation
- emotional release
- deep physical and mental rest
- reconnection with yourself

It is a structured, trauma aware space held in a small group of women, and you are not required to share, perform, or participate beyond your comfort.

What You Will Experience

Across this 2 hour session, you will be guided through:
- Breathwork to support emotional release and nervous system down regulation
- Guided meditation to quiet mental activity and support grounding
- Sound healing (7 bowls) to support deep rest and relaxation
- Optional Reiki for additional energetic support
- A contained, safe space where you can fully slow down

Everything is guided. Nothing is forced.

Why Women Attend This Space

Most women arrive feeling: overwhelmed or mentally overloaded, disconnected from rest or clarity, emotionally or physically tense, unable to fully switch off.

cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure, recent surgery, seizure history or aneurysms, severe mental health conditions (including PTSD or psychosis), pregnancy or breastfeeding.
