A Breathwork & Embodied Reconnection Experience for Women
For When Life Feels Full, and You’ve Lost Access to Rest
When your days are busy and your responsibilities don’t slow down, it can become harder to recognise what your body needs.
Tension builds quietly.
Your mind stays active.
Rest feels out of reach, even when you finally stop.
This experience is designed to support your nervous system to shift out of that constant state of doing, holding, and coping—and into a space where your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your system can begin to settle.
The Experience
She Returnsis a 2-hour intimate, trauma-informed breathwork and embodied reconnection session held in a small group of women who understand what it feels like to carry a lot, for a long time.
Within this space, you are supported to slow down, regulate, and reconnect—with no pressure, no expectation, and no need to perform.
You are simply invited to arrive as you are.
What You’ll Be Guided Through
• Trauma-informed breathwork to support nervous system regulation and release stored physical and emotional tension
• Guided meditation to quiet mental activity and encourage present-moment awareness
• Sound healing using 7 sound bowls to support deep relaxation and internal balance
• Optional Reiki energy support to assist with grounding, calm, and energetic alignment
• Gentle, facilitated space designed to help you feel safe, supported, and at ease in your body
• Optional reflection, sharing circle, and oracle card pull for insight and connection
• Time to arrive early and settle, allowing your system to ease into the experience gradually
• Access to a private post-event Messenger group for continued connection and support
• Follow-up check-ins to support integration of your experience into daily life
• A nourishing fruit platter and grounding playlist to support your return after the session

• Yoga mat, cushions, pillow, and blanket for comfort
• Water bottle
• Journal and pen (optional)
• Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in

Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have:
• Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
• A history of seizures or aneurysms
• Recent surgery or significant medical conditions
• Severe mental health conditions (e.g., PTSD, psychosis)
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
